First, book this apartment before it's too late!!
We come from the same tourism industry (we have apartments too) and can confirm that this apartment is superb.
Two private bathrooms in the rooms, spacious kitchen and living room, balcony, private parking. Complete privacy. About half an hour easy walk to the center which we think is ideal when you are here. Also, about traveling by car around.
We recommend this apartment. Book it as soon as possible !!
Apartment is obviously brand new and missing small but very useful details like- chairs/hangers for clothes in bedrooms, hooks for towels in bathrooms, big mirror...

Everything was perfect (location, staff, cleanliness, price, comfort)
The bath towels could be a little bigger
For 6 persons the hot water need to be rationed, but for 4 persons would be enough
$$$$
