Sunny & cosy beach penthouse

Loved the location, close to all the shops and the beach. The staff with the keys are amazing, very kind and informative. The balcony from the lounge is hot and sunny from about midday to sunset. They have a wind out sun canopy for those who require it. Huge fridge. Comfy bed. The AC works well. Shower and sink water takes ages to get warm, due to solar panels. Didn't bother me.

Kitchen sink and washing machine smell of drains. Washed clothes twice and still smelled. 1 cockroach visited and there were numerous super tiny ants on the worktops. I told the key staff so hopefully they will sort this. Take note that none of the roof terraces at this address are private. There are holes in the wooden slats so you can be seen and heard. The big terrace next to this one had group parties and it can all be heard from the bedroom. Their dog barks all the time. Unlucky for me, maybe the next holiday lot will be respectful of others. It is portrayed in pictures as a spacious apartment but in reality it is large enough for 1. If you are in love with your other half, you'll survive! There is no parasol on roof terrace, the base is there. For my wants and needs the apartment was perfect but if your there during summer you may need a pool too!

The Apartment was absoltely fantastic. Location, private roof terrace for sunbathing and socialising outside, very clean and spacious. Modern amenities and high quality furnishings. Very quiet and close to all the shops, restaurants and beach. The bed was comfortable. Sofa bed great for child or friend to sleep on if you did not want to share the double bedroom. Bathroom was modern and spacious. Full size fridge freezer, cooking facilities and washing machine good for longer stays like 2 weeks or more. I could have easily stayed for longer. Loved the place.

Not much, it was all great. One idea would be the host could have included a visitors pack which could help tourists from outside of Spain. Things like how to dispose of rubbish in the the correct recycle bins on the streets. Sounds silly but things are a bit different outside of Spain. The host could also include some instructions on the Apartment like how to open the doorway to the roof terrace. A recommendation for good shops for groceries and restaurants to go to would be useful.

Terraza y azotea/solarium, buena ubicación en calle tranquila y cercana tanto a tren de cercanías o autobuses como a la playa. Muchos servicios cerca en el área. La gestión y trato por parte de Inmohouse ha sido muy, muy buena.

Casi todo muy bien excepto un par de detalles menores. La cama es un poco incómoda por ser el colchón duro, pero no llega a ser un problema, igual que el sofá. Por otra parte, si bien no se puede decir que falte equipamiento ni ningún imprescindible, es cierto que algún producto de limpieza o higiene más sería un detalle.
