**COMMUNITY (HOA) FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) HOA Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON: $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) HOA Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) HOA Administration: $20 one time, per stay
4) HOA Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100
NOTE: All HOA fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.
**Fees are imposed by the community association (HOA); we are unable to waive or discount them.
We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.
Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.
**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy, clean home. The short walk to the lake was perfect, and the firepit made evenings extra relaxing. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, in lieu of the weather. We were disappointed that the indoor fire place was "decorative", not functional. Also, the tub/shower is very slippery. Perhaps a rubber mat...

Slice of heaven! Paradise! Loved the decor and hominess. Holy cow softest and coziest bed ever! The beaches, pools and playgrounds were the showstoppers. We spent every day trying out a new beach or a new pool. It kept things new and exciting within a 6 minute drive. One beach is literally around the corner and we went so often that it started to feel like our own private beach. Highly recommend!! I sent so many pics to friends and family and now they all want to come too!
