Superb & private on course location! Our place is a modern 2 bedroom (5 beds), 2 bathroom townhouse ideal for couples, golfers and families/groups of up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults).

Located within the famous St Andrews Beach Golf Course (ranked #89 course in the world in 2025), enjoy incredible views and direct access to a par-4 practice hole exclusive for guests staying on course.

Less than 10 minutes from the Peninsula’s best beaches, golf courses, hot springs, breweries, restaurants, wineries & attractions.

What to expect:

Incredible location and views: Enjoy the peaceful surrounds and views overlooking a private practise hole with kangaroos often visiting at dawn and dusk.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining, large deck.

Indoor/outdoor living: Relax on the deck, fully equipped with an outdoor setting, shade umbrellas and a Weber BBQ that is connected to mains gas (no gas bottle required).

Bedroom configuration: Bedroom 1 has 1 x king bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 x double/single bunk bed and 1 x single/single bunk bed. Both bunk beds are commercial grade and hold up to 135kg on the top bunk.

Bathroom inclusions: 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath, hair dryer.

Generous amenities to make your stay comfortable: Air conditioning/heating (downstairs), fan (upstairs), TV, coffee machine, high speed internet/wifi, kitchen & bathroom amenities, high quality linens and extra blankets.

Safety features: Equipped with smoke alarms, fire blanket, first aid kit.

Free parking: 1 reserved car park in the driveway with overflow parking close by.

You will have access to the entire townhouse.

Linens and bath towels are included in the price (beach towels are not provided, guests must not take bath towels to the beach).

Tea & coffee provided, including coffee pods for use in the coffee machine. Pantry staples also provided (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, UHT milk).

Shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, make up remover wipes & soaps provided.

A range of books, games, toys and sporting goods (including golf clubs, balls and a practice putting mat) are available for guest use.

Porta cot available on request (please BYO cot sheets).

Washing machine/dryer is only available for stays of 5 or more nights - laundromats are located in Rye, Rosebud or Capel Sound.
