Prime Wilshire Blvd Apartment - Gorgeous Pool & Gym

We had such a relaxed stay!! I did notice a few older reviews before booking and wanted to make sure I wasn’t walking into any surprises, but the host clarified beforehand that this is a new/different unit than the one referenced in those reviews, and everything was exactly as described when I arrived. The whole experience felt very professional from the start, which honestly made me feel much more relaxed. Unlike some LA stays, this vibe was clearly very welcoming to short-term guests and the checkin process was seamless with secure coded access. Host was great!The location was kind of perfect for me bc we came mainly for the new LACMA exhibition and could literally just stroll over, which I loved. Being so central also made getting around way easier than expected for LA, especially toward the west side/beaches! The coded entry/check-in setup was honestly SUCH a relief after dealing with awkward situations in the past with other stays. & I especially loved unwinding at the pool area, and having access to the gym during my stay. Glad we went with this option!

Loved staying here. The place was super clean, felt safe and comfortable in the unit & building. The location near Beverly Hills was ideal as well, close enough to everything without feeling chaotic. I also liked having access to the gym and pool, and the building felt very secure with the digital entry system everywhere, which made coming and going feel safe and simple.Check-in was smooth, the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions, and the apartment looked just like the photos, quite spacious and detailed. You can tell they actually care about the space. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA!

Worked well. Good location!

There was much confusion upon checking in bc the address that’s on the website is SOUTH and the address on the check in instructions is NORTH. While the location is convenient, it’s also misleading. Prior to booking, I was told this unit is ADJACENT to the Four Seasons… it is not. Beds are super comfortable and the unit is laid out very well. Bring a noise machine bc you can hear the road noise. The unit was pretty clean other than the bathroom. There was a long black hair lying on the bathtub and hanging from the towel. My husband is bald and I have blonde hair. While we were there, we were served with a letter for the owner to vacate immediately bc they are running a short term rental illegally. I did reach out with concerns that we needed to leave.
