Absolutely awful experience. Do not book this place. Communicating with the property is horrendous. 1. It does not have central AC. There is individual AC units in each room which sound like you’re operating a wind tunnel. 2. To of the bedrooms do not have an air conditioning window unit 3. I don’t even know what to call the bed situation. Every bed has the most bizarre type of Mattress that sits on a weird block or set of blocks in two of the bedrooms. 4. Then, cheap, and very very old bedding. The sheets are just awful. Something you would find in a cheap retirement home or maybe a hospital 5. The pillows don’t even feel like real pillows. They feel like something that would be from a hostel or a retirement home with a sorry excuse for a pillowcase. 6. Every window has a bizarre latch or Nail so you can barely open to get fresh air. 7. Two of the end tables have price tags on them. 8. The sofa has a big brown large stain on one of the cushions 9. They try to hide it by decorating it with a blanket, but the blanket smells and is an old shabby hot mess about blanket. 10. They chose to buy the cheapest possible type of furniture for the bedrooms and living room 11. Each bed had two pillows and so my sister was going to use a decoration pillow and then couldn’t because she said it smelled like disgusting old, laundry basket, and body odor. 12. It took multiple people, because they give you four people’s names to contact, to get help for the Wi-Fi. 13. The backyard is a dump zone. There’s a white separate dwelling that is locked into the left of it stacked against the side are bricks, rocks, debris, sheet rock, and tons of pieces of wood. Just a dump ground. There’s a random shopping cart in the back of the yard and it needs landscaping. 14. The furniture in the backyard was all dirty. We had to hose it down and then wipe off two of the chairs that had not been cleaned a long time. There’s five bedrooms, we had 10 people during the day.

The location was excellent, especially for a five bedroom house with a backyard. There is a huge lemon tree in the backyard. It’s a sweet, old house.

We were only able to open a few windows. The house smelled musty and it would have been nice if we could get some fresh air in the house. The jacuzzi was too dirty to use. The property owners did not respond to any of our messages during the stay and we still have not heard from them. The property description says that “street parking is available”. It is not. It is preferential parking for residents and there was no way for us to know how to do that without getting ticketed.
