Spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, in-unit laundry, and easy access to world-class courses. Access to two pools and a hot tub. Minutes from Barefoot Landing’s shops, restaurants, and the beach with free seasonal resort shuttle. Perfect for families seeking relaxation and fun in the sun.
PROPERTY DETAILS:
☆ 1st floor villa - no stairs!
☆ Located within the Willow Bend community of Barefoot Resort and Golf and minutes from various restaurants, shops and family entertainment within Barefoot Landing.
☆ Beach chairs and an assortment of pool/beach toys available on the patio.
☆ Barefoot has four award-winning golf courses surrounding the resort.
☆ Free hourly beach shuttle from May - Sept.
☆ Two bedrooms and queen sleeper sofa sleeping a maximum of 6 allowed guests.
☆ Willow Bend pool steps away or the 15,000sf ionized North Tower pool overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway at the entrance to the resort.

☆ King bed in primary bedroom w/ attached primary ensuite bath and walk in shower
☆ Two twin beds in second bedroom
☆ Queen sleeper sofa
☆ Guest Bathroom located in the center of the condo with tub/shower combo
THE KITCHEN and LIVING AREA
☆ The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to dine in
☆ All major appliances available.
☆ Keurig Coffee machine w/starter K cups provided and drip coffee machine with filters.
☆ Smart TV in the primary bedroom capable of streaming your favorite shows and music. TVs also located in the living room and second bedroom equipped with cable TV.
☆ Please return POOL KEY CARD ($200 fee to replace if missing)
☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.
☆ Please plan to bring your own beach/pool towels.
☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.
☆ Willow Bend HOA does not permit motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers in the parking lot. See house rules for dog breed restrictions.
☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera active on the property facing outward. It is active 24/7, motion activated with video and sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests.
☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.

We had a great stay! The unit was very clean & well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed & light switches were nicely labeled for convenience. We enjoyed the screened in porch & even watched the turtles in the water out back. Parking was right outside the front door for easy unloading. The North Tower pool was very nice & they even had a fun DJ one day. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful trip. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. We had plenty of space and were able to relax and enjoy our vacation.Our host was great in responding to questions. We will keep this rental in mind for our next beach trip.Cindy M.
