Escape to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath golf villa in the prestigious Barefoot Resort, North Myrtle Beach. This spacious retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and private balcony. Enjoy resort amenities, including pools (seasonally), hot tub (open year-round), golf courses, shopping, and nearby dining. Perfect for families or golf enthusiasts, just minutes from the beach and entertainment. Relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories!

☆ Located within the Willow Bend community of Barefoot Resort and Golf and minutes from various restaurants, shops and family entertainment within Barefoot Landing.
☆ Beach chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, and cooler available in the balcony closet.
☆ Barefoot has four award-winning golf courses surrounding the resort.
☆ Free hourly beach shuttle from May - Sept.
☆ Three bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 allowed guests.
☆ Willow Bend pool steps away or the 15,000sf ionized North Tower pool overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway at the entrance to the resort.

☆ Guest Bathroom located in the center of the condo
☆ Both bathrooms are shower/tub combos with vanities
THE KITCHEN and LIVING AREA
☆ The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to dine in instead of eating at one of the many local dining establishments.
☆ All major appliances available.
☆ Keurig Coffee machine (starter K cups only).
☆ Four smart TVs located throughout the home capable of streaming your favorite shows and music.
☆ Please return POOL KEY CARD ($200 fee to replace if missing)
☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.
☆ Please plan to bring your own beach/pool towels.
☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.
☆ Stackable washer/dryer in the unit, but please bring your own detergent if you plan to wash a load during your stay.
☆ Willow Bend HOA does not permit motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers in the parking lot. See house rules for dog breed restrictions.
☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera active on the property facing outward. It is active 24/7, motion activated with video and sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests.
☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.

Overall this stay was good, few very minor issues. TV in the kids room didn’t work and the screen door to the balcony was hard to open and close but probably just needed to be oiled a little. But would recommend Kevin’s place to anyone that was going to stay in Myrtle Beach.

Everything was so clean and nice! The beds were comfy, couches with recliners were perfect for relaxing, and the balcony had a nice view of the wood line, which Papa and Alleigh really enjoyed! The pool was right across the parking lot and there was plenty of parking in front of the home. There was plenty of room for our family to eat together - and my girls love cooking with Grandma! The communication and flexibility of scheduling was the BEST I’ve ever experienced! I cannot say enough about how accommodating Kevin was to our family - the softball championship was extended and he worked with us to allow our Yorkie a comfy place to hang out while we were at the ball field. This truly was the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. So thankful we chose to rent this home for our All•Stars tournament!

We had a great stay at barefoot resort.Very easy connecting with owner .Easy check in No complications.Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Great stay
