*can comfortably accommodate 8 guests 2 king beds and 2 double beds).
*King bedroom is on the first floor.

The location is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with shaded mature trees. It’s so close to the beach, beach access and convenient to everything being right off 17, yet it has the peaceful neighborhood setting. The house is also directly across from the park/playground if you have children. The house was nicely updated and “beach friendly” for ease of sweeping up sand that tracks into the house. A broom and vacuum are already in the house, which is so helpful if you don’t want sand on your feet in the evening while relaxing. The TV is already set up with a few options like Paramount on the Roku but you can log into your own account as well for others. There are huge walk-in closets in every bedroom! The house has a washer and dryer. We didn’t come home with loads of laundry to wash. There is also an outdoor shower. For anything needed, the host is very responsive. We’d certainly recommend this home and very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for shopping and dinning all while a short walk to the beach. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Great Host always available to help in any way. Terrific, comfortable home with everything needed for a great vacation.
