Lacona is a resort south and in the center of the island, reachable in 12 minutes from Portoferraio Port and connected by a scenic road directly with Marina di Campo and Capoliveri. Margidore beach is small, dark gravel while Lacona beach is fine, golden sand with a sloping seabed. On both beaches there are bars, umbrella rentals, and nautical activities such as surfing, canoeing, sup etc. Casa Golfi is an oasis of tranquility even in high season; two private roads, covered parking space and laundry area available to guests.
