- 10 minute walk to the famous Rodney Scott's BBQ (authentic southern BBQ featured on Anthony Bourdain)
- 5 minute walk to Lillian's (popular restaurant)
- Other nearby popular restaurants within walking distance include: Park Cafe (brunch or a quick coffee), Huriyali (acai bowls, avocado toast, burritos), Leon's Oyster Shed, Melfi's (old school Italian), Daps (pancakes, pancakes, pancakes)

Sweet spacious and clean unit. Nice bathroom amenities including a shower you can share with a partner. Convenient outdoor area set up with Adirondack chairs. Good location in the city. Onsite parking as in a driveway. A super comfortable and relaxing stay.

Overall good stay. Host was very responsive. Well stocked kitchen. Old house with minor issues such as bedroom doors not closing properly. Otherwise interior has been renovated and quite modern. I will definitely recommend.
