Summary:

Stay in a fully renovated stand-alone home in downtown Charleston, just steps from King Street. This 3BR/3.5BA retreat blends historic charm with modern comfort, featuring bright interiors, private bedrooms, and upgraded finishes. Perfect for families or groups, the home offers both space and privacy while keeping you close to Charleston’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife.



The Space:

- Bedroom #2 King Bed + En suite

- Bedroom #3 King Bed + Bunks (2x Twins) + En suite



Living room space with a sleeper sofa



All three bedrooms have their own private bathroom. There is a half bath located on the first floor.

As of 10/30/25, construction began in the surrounding area and may create daytime noise, especially on weekdays between approximately 8:00am–5:00pm. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Host was great at answering questions and the property was perfect for a group of 6 people. Property will be a 5 star once the mentioned construction is completed.

Although we loved Charleston, I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here until construction is over. From sometimes 6-7:30 there is yelling and pounding and shaking of the house.One glass dome on a lamp was broken on our arrival and one of our family cut their foot sitting at the table and the garbage disposal was plugged the first day. The house is cute, there was ample room but small commodities such as salt and pepper and coffee filters weren’t supplied. There’s plenty of room in the pantry for a vacuum or a broom to clean up but only paint is stored there.The response time was great in fixing things although they did have to come back twice to finish the job. We loved the area and would probably rent closer to the college areas and not on Line St. again, until consuls over.

The property is in great proximity to downtown Charleston. However, the construction started every morning at 7:00, even on Saturday. Although it is not the property owner's fault that there is heavy construction, our mornings were not enjoyable due to the noise and the shaking of the house's foundation.
