The two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this condo provide tons of floor space and common areas for you to spread out, relax, and enjoy your quiet time. The open floor plan ensures you can chill out in the living room, take a nap in your bedroom, prepare meals in the kitchen, have a meal together at the dining room table, and watch the sunset in your very own private outdoor space. It doesn't get any better than this!
Common Space
As soon as you enter the home, you will notice the laid-back vibes and nautical decor. The living room features a large comfortable couch, coffee table for storing your drinks or food, sofa-side table with lamps for providing reading light, and flatscreen TV for watching your favorite shows or movies before bed at night.
Plus, the living room directly connects to the dining room. This means that you can easily sit at the wooden dining room table with your guests and play a board game, challenge one another to a game of poker, or share a meal together as you gaze out of the large sliding glass doors at the beach.

The master suite features a king-sized bed that is big enough for one or two people to snuggle up and truly unwind after a long few weeks at work. The room was big enough but the shower curtain needs to be replaced and the shower spout in the bathhroom wouldnt allow for full flow. The main things was having to walk 3 flights or wait 30 to 45 minutes just to go down for anything. The parking deck really didnt allow for parking spaces were you could safely open your doors. 3 spaces so close together, you are either going to hit the side wall or the car beside you.
