About this house rental
You will never tire of the lake views and sunsets from our remodeled Heber Springs lakehouse. It boasts 3 inviting en suite bedrooms, a fabulous open kitchen and living room with an outdoor living space to welcome family and friends. The home is nearly new except the original fireplace from 1963 when the original home was built by my grandparents. We have amenities like AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, generator and built in coffee maker. Greers Ferry Lake is fabulously managed by the USACE. Our boatdock is not available for guests due to the USACE rules and restrictions, however the shoreline is available for day use of personal boats. We do lock off our master bedroom and personal spaces.

Dotty was fantastic to work with! She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible stay. The house was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed every moment of it! There was plenty of room to play, and we had the lake right at our doorstep for s'mores, fishing, and swimming. It was a wonderful family weekend.
