4 ACRE ESTATE 3 MINUTES FROM EDEN ESLE, GREERS FERRY LAKE, & HEBER SPRINGS

“The Rose” offers so much more than we ever expected. The house is absolutely incredible, and everyone had their own spaces to sit and enjoy each other. The wrap around porches, the tennis court, the game room, the library and a piano, huge kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. We hope to come back in years to come…it was truly a memorable experience for all of us! Thanks, Kent, for being a great host.

This house was perfect for our family trip! We love all the bedroom and bathroom space! The large kitchen and dining room were perfect for large family meals. The outside porches for sitting and relaxing and tennis court were perfect for afternoon tennis and pickle ball! We will definitely use this house in the future!!!!

The house was a perfect size for my family We really enjoyed the grounds The location of the house was close to the trails we hiked and to the beautiful lake Only negatives were that some the furniture really need to be replaced Chairs around the dining table were filthy and sofas in piano room need to be replaced and the stove as well The host was available to answer my text promptly

My family came together from around the country for a few days to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. We knew we wanted to stay in one house, if possible, and this looked like a good fit online. There was some confusion when booking with what the actual bedroom situation would be (seemed to be conflicting information), but everything was perfect when we got there. A master bedroom downstairs. 4 double/queen rooms on the second floor, one with an en suite bathroom and another with an additional twin bed. There is also a small room with a set of bunk beds (and a foosball table). The 3rd floor has an open room with a double bed and 2 twins, as well as a bathroom and a pool table. We made all of our meals there, and the kitchen was fully outfitted with everything we needed. Plenty of seating for socializing and for eating. The tennis court outside was already lined for pickleball (thank you!), and got a lot of use. Overall, this is a beautiful house on a gorgeous property and it was perfect for this special gathering for our family.

Our children and grandchildren joined us before 3 days and 4 nights near Heber springs Arkansas. The rental home was great. There was plenty of room for everyone. The tennis court in back was great fun for both adults and kids. We played tennis and pickleball. We will probably vacation there again. The owner was helpful and responsive to any questions that we had.

We had a great time with family and friends celebrating our granddaughter. Plenty of rooms for multiple families and excellent outdoor space.

This was our second stay at Rose House in as many years. Perfect for family gathering. The tennis court is a big hit for outside playing w/o mud. Close enough to town for needs and far enough away for peace and quiet.

Suited our needs very well as the property was described. It is a wonderful property. It is beginning to age, but that was not an issue for us. Not certain the fire alarms work as they are important to maintain in this 3 story home. We will be returning to this property in the future for sure. Lots of room and beautiful surroundings.

This property fit our large group perfectly. It was clean and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay. Large rooms. Beautiful scenery. Accommodated all 12 of us.

There were 11 of us and all thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and our time at the house. Would highly recommend the house to small groups wanting to spend quality time together.

I was very pleased with the property. It was perfect for our event.

Fun outdoor space for kids. Enjoyed the tennis court and disc golf baskets, porches, and overall room to explore. Very functional space for a large family gathering. Spacious rooms were a good fit for our crew, kitchen was well equipped for prepping meals for our group of 18, and the location is only a few minutes from a park with a swimming area. The only significant concern we had was that smoke detectors had been taken down, perhaps to have batteries replaced, and had not been put back up. That is a critical item for us with family and children spread out over three floors. Hopefully that has been corrected; we notified the host. Stairs were not a problem for us but be advised you would need to be prepared to take extra care with very small children. It has only one bedroom on the ground floor. Giving 5 stars for listing accuracy; everything as expected. We had a great time.

Loved the house, plenty of space, relaxing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, loved the little basket of "in case you forgot items", altho we didn't need any of them. Only thing wrong: the ice maker did not work but owner brought us a bag of ice .I would like to have stayed a week or so.

The family enjoyed their stay at "The Rose." Communication with the property owner was prompt and helpful. The house was clean and equipped with everything the family needed during its stay. All were impressed by this beautiful home away from home.

The house and grounds are beautiful. The children loved the tennis court, pool table, and the big yard. I loved the large windows with magnificent views. I had a tea party in the rose garden with my grandchildren. The beds were comfortable. We had private bedrooms for the 5 couples. (One King and 4 queen) The kids stayed in the large room upstairs in a king, full, twin, and daybed, with trundle. The two youngest stayed in the bedroom next to their parents on the bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we would have needed, but we had brought all our own stuff just in case. There were 18 in our group-10 adults and 8 children. We enjoyed the upper and lower wrap around porches. One night we grilled on the charcoal grill. We were going to have a fire and sit around the fire pit, but we ran out of time. There is ample closet and drawer space. The owner promptly answered my questions. He offered his cell phone and said he lived nearby in case we had any problems, but we did not have any. There were plenty of bathrooms. All seemed to function well. Plenty of soft towels were provide. The house has a comfortable feel of old elegance. It appeared to be well maintained. My husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony porch reading in the early morning with a cup of coffee. The house has a coffee maker. You need to bring your own coffee. There was a large carport/breezeway, so it would be convenient to load and unload vehicles without getting wet, should it be raining. The furniture was comfortable. The setting was so private, peaceful, and lovely. I have nothing but good to say about the owner and the house and grounds. Since our group was large, I did bring a tiny table for the 3 little ones and a folding table and 5 folding chairs from home. The lovely table in the kitchen seats 8. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. I did not find a card table in the house. There are outside folding tables and chairs on the carport. We took a quick day trip to a lovely waterfall (Collins Creek Cascade) and to the fish Hatchery. The waterfalls were great. I can recommend The Rose Plantation House as a great place to visit.

The house was very nice and worked really well for our large family. We made an unexpected trip to town for a funeral and the house perfect for everyone to gather at. It easily accommodated 30 of us for meals and to hang out during the day. The tennis court was perfect for the kids to run around and play on

For many years our scattered family has gathered at rented houses in MO, KY and AR. We were lucky to find The Rose House after our rental house of many Thanksgivings was sold and no longer available. I highly recommend The Rose House for family gatherings. The grandchildren loved the tennis courts and pool table,

We rented this property for a weekend to spend sometime with family friends. We had 18 total people. The house was perfect! Had separate bedrooms for each couple, a game room with plenty of beds for the teenage girls and bunk beds for the teenage boys. We played pool and food ball. The property around the house was amazing! We played basketball, pickleball, tennis, and disc golf. We sat around the fire pit both nights. The owner was easy to work with. The house was perfect for our needs and we will definitely rent again!

Facility used for our family reunion. Good time had by all and hope to repeat in 2022.

Our family weekend was perfect! The property, both inside and out, was gorgeous. We played foosball and billiards. We played tennis and disk golf. We went swimming at nearby beach. We hope to go again!

We had a wonderful time as a family staying in this beautiful property. We played pickle ball or tennis everyday, played the disc golf course on the grounds, cooled down in the lake, and enjoyed lots of family time playing board and card games and pool. The house was perfect for our large family.

They had never seen them before and there were plenty. When things got quiet we found the younger adults all upstairs shooting pool.An excursion to the dam, fish hatchery, and several waterfalls rounded it out.We all had a great time! And I have spread the word among my friends,Many Thanks!House is so convenient to Eden Isle where I have a boat.

We had a wonderful time! 8 adults and 11 children fit comfortably. The property offered plenty to keep everyone entertained both inside and out. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house for our family vacation. It had 7 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Our entire family of 22 stayed there for 6 days. Our ages ranged from 5 months to 77 years. It was fun for all of us.
