This lovely condo in Puerto Vallarta offers a cozy retreat for guests. The corner wrap around balcony provides stunny views to the ocean and also to the mountains. The sleeping loft has a comfortable king bed featuring a tempur-pedic mattress (firm cooling memory foam). The loft has a height of 6 ft clearance so it is not ideal for really tall guests.
In the bathroom there is a door from the shower to the balcony that provides privacy so that you can hang wet bathing suits provides a nice private experience in the middle of the hussle and bussle of the romantic zone.
Its prime location on the famous "Basilio Badillo Restaurant Corridor" makes Pacifica one of the most exciting condos in the Romantic Zone. It is just steps from Los Muertos Beach and a short walk to the Malecon, galleries, restaurants, and entertainment venues in the acclaimed Romantic Zone.
The double height unit is ocean facing offering incredible views and plenty of natural light. The Pacifica complex includes an elevator access to a fabulous rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the large heated pool and socialize with friends in the jacuzzi.
The terrace also includes a kitchen area with a grill, tables, and lounge chairs for dining or relaxing. There are also areas where you can enjoy the sun or sit in the shaded areas with family and friends and watch Puerto Vallarta's famous sunsets, the Sierra Madre Mountains, and fabulous views of the city. The building also has a fully equipped gym for all registered guests.
This high end unit was recently completely refurbished with chukum walls, custom furniture, ample outlets, including USB-C and A outlets and high speed internet, We've found our piece of paradise and it is our honor to share it with you.

First off, it was reassuring to have Nathan (owner) reach and and communicate about the condo and details before arriving. I recommend always reaching out to your VRBO host ahead just to make sure all is good. The concierge Alan texted me with further check in details before I arrived in town, and met us in the lobby of the building within a few minutes of us getting there. Everything was explained in detail and we had key cards to the secured building. The condo is really beautiful and the combo of city and bay/ocean views are spectacular. There was so much to look at that we barely turned on our TV while in the unit. Appliances modern and work well. Hot water was perfect for showers under the rain head walk in shower. Upstairs the king sized bed was comfortable for us (firm) including sheets and pillows. I'll definitely see if this property is available to rent from Nathan again, next time I'm in PV. Thanks!
