The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 120 m² house with river view for rent in Quimper, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It features a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 450 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190) with balcony access
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: Single bed
- Bathroom with bathtub
Exterior :
- A beautiful 450 m² private enclosed garden, south-west facing
- A 20m² west-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A second 10m² north-west-facing terrace under a pergola, on the garden side
- A 3m² balcony facing northeast
The house is ideally located in Quimper, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Discover Locronan, a magnificent medieval village less than 15 km away, ranked among the most beautiful in France.
- Board the Vedettes de l'Odet for a dinner cruise or a river trip in the heart of nature.
