About this apartment rental
Chicca Blu is close to beautiful panoramic views, restaurants, and the beach.
My place is suitable for couples and families (with children). There is a small private fenced garden and a private swimming pool (open in summer) that measures 4m by 2m, with a depth of 1.40m.
Chicca Blu has its own private entrance, with the possibility to park next to the gate. Contact us for details on key collection at the reception of our facility.
The Space
It’s a small corner of paradise under the shade of an ancient oak tree, with a barbecue area, a wood-fired oven, and a lovely patio overlooking the mountains. It’s a cottage with a bedroom, a small living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
Guest Access
Chicca Blu has its own private entrance next to which you can park your car.
Other Things to Note
To respect the neighbors and the tranquility of the area, the accommodation is not suitable for parties. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and quiet behavior.
As we are in a natural park, the presence of insects is possible, but the accommodation is equipped with mosquito nets.

COSTS AND EXTRA SERVICES:
The municipality of Ameglia, which includes the Montemarcello district, requires the payment of a tourist tax of €3 per person per night, which will be collected in cash upon arrival by the person handling check-in.
Upon request, it is possible to change linens (sheets and towels) for an extra cost of €15 per person.
Upon request and subject to availability, you can rent a private boat, with or without a skipper, for a day (10:00 AM–6:00 PM, price to be determined).
Upon request and subject to availability, a 9-seater van with driver is available (price to be determined).
Upon request, the outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna can be used exclusively for an additional fee.
Upon request and subject to availability, a baby crib is available at €30 per stay (basic linens included).
Upon request and subject to availability, individual and couples massage services are available (price to be determined).
We have a poolside bar service; it is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to this area.
Heating is available at €15 per day.
A home chef service is available on request and subject to availability (price to be determined based on the type of dinner and number of people).
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Early or late check-in/check-out is often possible by prior arrangement and paying an extra cost of €30 to the person handling the check-in (7:00 PM–9:00 PM, early check-in before 3:00 PM). For later times, if we are able to arrange it, the fee may be higher.
How to get to Casa fra gli Ulivi:
Take the A12/E80 motorway, exit at Sarzana, and continue towards Ameglia until the Montemarcello district.
If traveling by public transport, the nearest train station is Sarzana, from where you can reach Montemarcello using the bus line. The bus stop is 100 meters from the property. It is recommended to arrive with your own vehicle.
Taxi services are also available. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
