-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

The house is located in a perfect spot next to Highway 51 in Phoenix. It makes it convenient to get to downtown or other destinations. The house is very clean. The couches in the living room were OK wish they would’ve had a bigger sectional. There was only room for five people to sit in the living room without adding a chair from the dining area. The house communication was outstanding. The location of the house was more important to us as we were going to downtown Phoenix for baseball games.
