Pets stay at no cost, FREE SUPER FAST Internet, fully equipped kitchen, private putting green, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer and 2 car garage attached. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to all major freeways and some of the best restaurants in town. All beds are equipped with 1,800+ thread count linen. We support equality!

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

We had a great stay overall, the property was well-stocked with towels and clean bedding, and exactly as described. However, we did run into an issue with the golf clubs provided at the house. They were covered in fiberglass, which ended up all over my nephew’s hands. We had to rush out to the store to find duct tape just to try and remove it from his skin, which was frustrating and concerning.We let the host know about the issue after checkout so they could address it for future guests, but unfortunately, we never received any kind of acknowledgment or follow-up. Because of that, I’m leaving this in my review so others are aware and can avoid the same issue. I’m not sure if the issue has been fixed, so I recommend avoiding the mini golf unless you confirm otherwise with the host.
