It consists of two well-arranged levels: On the first floor: • A bright, air-conditioned living room with a sofa, television, and high-speed Wi-Fi for relaxing evenings • A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, utensils, etc.) with a convivial dining area • A laundry room with a washing machine and storage space • A toilet independent
• And above all, a private south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, al fresco lunch, or the balmy Avignon evenings 🌞

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 3 weeks and used Avignon as a base from which to explore Provence. It was a great location for that. And on the days we didn't feel like going anywhere, the town of Avignon afforded plenty to do. Lots of great restaurants. The apartment was very clean and fresh. On a quiet street and an easy walk to the center of town. Beds and living room were comfortable, kitchen was decently equipped. It was very nice to have private parking, but be sure to have a small car - not that easy for us westerners to navigate. Our host was gracious and responsive whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Would definitely stay there again if I were back in Provence.

For others travelers : 1) Bedrooms and shower are upstairs, BUT only WC are downstairs!... and not much privacy....2) Don't drive there with a BIG car. Narrow streets, small parking....3) Limited supply for kitchen/ bathroom operation.4) No hand bar in the stairway. May be difficult for elderly folks.5) All check-in check-out communication by WhatsApp.
