About this house rental
in a quiet and pleasant location very close to the city center, a mini-market and a bus stop, the rental is ideally located between Avignon and Pontet. It includes a fully equipped and fitted kitchen (recent or even new equipment), a tiled bathroom with shower, a set of 2 sinks with mirror and a toilet; three individual and closed bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a sitting area and television; the whole is fenced and closed by an electric gate to secure the property. The house also has a private outdoor space with parking space + an outdoor bedroom with wc + shower

The photos are accurate! Please note that there is no living room/salon. But the outside living space is outstanding, as is the pool. The solarium was perfect for breakfast but gets hot as the day progresses, so it can be closed off to keep the house cool. By far the best part of the place is the host. He could not have been more kind or accommodating. He even picked us up at the TGV station. The house is about a 25 minute walk into town, but the bus stop is at the end of the drive. Buses come frequently and are air conditioned. We truly enjoyed our stay and meeting our excellent host!

This property was lovely with a super swimming pool and outdoor seating area for meals. The property covers the whole of the ground floor. The owner is friendly and on hand to advise on the best places to visit and we managed to communicate through google translate. It was fun! We really appreciated the selection of fresh fruit in the fridge when we arrived. It is a short walk into Avignon but there are also free park and rides. Plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Lovely property in a great area. We would return. Thank you. 😊

Maison très agréable à vivre : plusieurs chambres à dispositions, salon de jardin, le jardin et la piscine sont entretenus quotidiennement. Elle est également idéalement située, à quelques minutes du centre d’Avignon. Notre hôte a été d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité au delà de notre attente. Un pincement au cœur en quittant les lieux... nous reviendrons, c’est sur!
