in a quiet and pleasant location very close to the city center, a mini-market and a bus stop, the rental is ideally located between Avignon and Pontet. It includes a fully equipped and fitted kitchen (recent or even new equipment), a tiled bathroom with shower, a set of 2 sinks with mirror and a toilet; three individual and closed bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a sitting area and television; the whole is fenced and closed by an electric gate to secure the property. The house also has a private outdoor space with parking space + an outdoor bedroom with wc + shower

The photos are accurate! Please note that there is no living room/salon. But the outside living space is outstanding, as is the pool. The solarium was perfect for breakfast but gets hot as the day progresses, so it can be closed off to keep the house cool. By far the best part of the place is the host. He could not have been more kind or accommodating. He even picked us up at the TGV station. The house is about a 25 minute walk into town, but the bus stop is at the end of the drive. Buses come frequently and are air conditioned. We truly enjoyed our stay and meeting our excellent host!

This property was lovely with a super swimming pool and outdoor seating area for meals. The property covers the whole of the ground floor. The owner is friendly and on hand to advise on the best places to visit and we managed to communicate through google translate. It was fun! We really appreciated the selection of fresh fruit in the fridge when we arrived. It is a short walk into Avignon but there are also free park and rides. Plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Lovely property in a great area. We would return. Thank you. 😊

Maison très agréable à vivre : plusieurs chambres à dispositions, salon de jardin, le jardin et la piscine sont entretenus quotidiennement. Elle est également idéalement située, à quelques minutes du centre d’Avignon. Notre hôte a été d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité au delà de notre attente. Un pincement au cœur en quittant les lieux... nous reviendrons, c’est sur!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Avignon dans cette location. Le propriétaire est incroyablement prévenant et attentif, et se met en quatre pour ses locataires. La maison est idéale pour une famille avec des enfants sachant bien nager : les miens ont passé tout leur temps dans la piscine ! La piscine et le jardin (charmant!) sont très bien entretenus et très tranquilles. Super coin repas à l'ombre avec vue sur la piscine. La location est bien équipée et la clim permet de faire face aux fortes chaleurs de l'été. Autre point fort : la localisation de la location permet de visiter le centre d'Avignon facilement, à pied ou en bus, et l'accès depuis la gare du centre d'Avignon est rapide par bus. Supermarché à 2 min à pied pour le ravitaillement également. Idéal donc pour une famille sans voiture qui vient à Avignon par train, comme nous l'avons fait. Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour et comptons bien revenir! Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son attention bienveillante tout au long de notre séjour.

Maison conforme à la description. Tout est à disposition et bien équipée, il ne manque absolument rien pour se sentir à l’aise. L’extérieur est très agréable, la plancha est top ! Michel fait tout pour ses locataires, il entretien admirablement son extérieur et sa piscine, il est à l’écoute si vous avez quoique ce soit à lui demander sur la location, sur les environs d’Avignon, les spots à ne pas rater etc.

nous avons passé un séjour de 15 jours en famille avec des adolescents, nous avons profité pleinement de la piscine et de la plancha mise à notre disposition. l'extérieur est agréable et idéal pour se détendre au soleil ou à l'ombre. la location est proche du centre ville d'Avignon. Michel est une personne charmante et arrangeante. une location que je conseille vivement pour se retrouver en famille après une longue année à se croiser......

Superbe vacances. L'accueil par le propriétaire fut très bon et très chaleureux. Disponible, discret. Endroit idyllique avec une grande piscine superbement entretenue. Accès facile, tant pour le bus (à côté de la maison) que pour les magasins. Centre ville accessible facilement à pieds car situé à un petit kilomètre. Endroit très calme et reposant. Convient pour tout type de famille, avec ou sans enfants. C'est sur, on reviendra. Famille NOBILI (Belgique)

La maison est parfaite pour se détendre avec une piscine super agréable .Elle est très bien située pour visiter Avignon même sans voiture. Le lidl est situé à 2 min à pieds ce qui est très pratique! Le propriétaire est très serviable et de bon conseil pour visiter Avignon. Seul point dérangeant est peut être un manque d'intimité du au fait que le propriétaire habite au dessus... Je recommande cette location.

Nous avons passé la semaine du 15 août chez M. Comini et ne l'avons pas regretté ! La maison est confortable, bien équipée et idéalement située pour découvrir cette magnifique région, qu'est la Provence. La piscine est très bien entretenue et très agréable. Enfin, M. Comini était un hôte discret, bienveillant et très sympathique. Bref, on le confirme, que du bonheur !

Tres bonne façon de visiter la Provence à 2 pas d'Avignon. Propriétaire charmant et peu dérangeant (il habite au 1er étage mais est très discret). La piscine est vraiment agréable et appréciable entre 2 visites. Une bonne adresse pour un prix modique.

Séjour parfait, un propriétaire aux petits soins, une location simple mais très agréable, où il ne manque rien, la piscine très bien entretenue, le calme tout près du centre d'AVIGNON( bus à côté de la maison, 20 mn à pieds de la rue THIERS), supermarché à quelques mètres, tout était réuni pour un séjour très agréable; nous ne manquerons pas de renouveler à notre prochain voyage dans la région; merci encore à MONSIEUR COMINI pour sa sympathie et sa gentillesse
