Located in a peaceful neighborhood just few minutes drive to University of Arizona's Medical Center and Tucson Medical Center! This home offers convenience and comfort. The One Bedroom features a sleek and modern design with all the amenities you need. With private parking included, you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot.
This One Bedroom is the perfect retreat for a couple or solo travelers looking for a relaxing cozy stay. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, you will have access to all the necessary amenities inside the home and conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place features a walk-in shower and bright living area with room darkening curtains. The entire unit has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated with modern and elegant furnishings to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. From the moment you step in, you will feel at home and ready to relax and unwind in this tranquil setting. Private laundry located in a locked shed out back.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.
You will be staying in the University of Arizona Campus area which is known as the historical Blenman-Elm Historic District. There is tons of nightlife, games to attend and more! Check out all that Tucson has to offer in this convenient home away from home.
If you are staying close you can utilize walking as your main transit, but Tucson is very spread out and for most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.
There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
Leave beds unmade and place towels on the floor in the bathroom.
AC should be set no lower than 70 degrees at any time.
Leave all furniture in place, do not move or rearrange.
House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails.
Please place ALL trash in garbage bins.
Driveway parking available for both. 1 car limit. Be aware of no parking zones near campus.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am. No parties allowed, or a minimum $1,000 fine will be incurred.
Air conditioning should be turned to 80 degrees checkout (summer bookings)
Heat to be set to 55 at checkout (winter bookings)
Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.
Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
Do not flush personal hygiene products or paper towels.
Please leave washing machine door open after use to avoid condensation in between stay's.
Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine.
