If tennis is your game then gather the group for an afternoon of fun on the courts. After your fun-filled day, everyone will be ready to relax in the living area watching some movies while the chef in the group prepares a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

My family and I were SO happy with this house. The location was perfect and so close to all the good restaurants and shopping. They provided plenty of beach chairs and beach toys which was a HUGE plus so we didn’t have to travel with them. The kitchen was well stocked and had most everything we needed. The only con was the lack of lids to the Tupperware. The rental company we worked with was great and had awesome communication the whole time with us. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Outer Banks!

The home was spacious & beautifully decorated. There was more than enough dinnerware, utencils, cook ware, and glasses. The decks had plenty of awesome Adirondack chairs. There were lots of beach chairs, kids beach toys, foam swim boards. It even had bikes!!
The location was sweeeeet...walk right out the door to the beach. Its not close to public beach access point so no crowd of people on beach! And, its a block away from the main road where shopping, treats, and the grocery store is located so very convenient. We all loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Clean and updated. Owners put a lot of love and care into this place. And management was on it. Our family was 20. We split up into two duplexes. This one was by far the better one.
