About this house rental
Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic views, steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Smart TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates mid May - mid September 15, 2026.
Linens and towels are provided. Indoor fireplace is not operational
The Town of Nags Head is preparing for its next beach nourishment project, which may begin as early as the summer of 2026. The project area extends from Bonnett Street at 2919 South Virginia Dare Trail South to the town limits adjacent to Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Outdoor cameras will be used during your stay and will record short videos/sound when movement is detected. Cameras are located at: Front door views front door entrance area) Rear top deck (views rear deck and walkway area) Side door (views the side entrance area) Rear lower deck (views back door).
Minimum age of 24 to rent.
Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Ocean view great. There is a "pass" between the dune that makes for a flat walk to the beach. House is nicely decorated, updated and clean. Seating is comfortable for six adults in living room. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Kitchen had most supplies for cooking meals. Beds comfortable. Showers had good water pressure. No access to garage. Fantastic location.There are video cameras at the exits, which are fine. BUT, the one on the back deck felt intrusive bc we socialized out there a lot and felt like big brother was watching/listening to us. They said they won't view it unless there's a problem but still, you never know. Just creepy.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. We throughly enjoyed ourselves in this perfect oceanfront family home. The owner was very attentive and everything went so smoothly. We will definitely stay here again!!

The property was perfect for size of my family. Location, ocean views unmatched! One suggestion, if possible, a 2nd refrigerator. Most of all, we loved Rebecca in the way she took care of us from the beginning with all the right, timely information with her attitude of taking care of her customer was job #1! Thank you again Rebecca! She was key as part of our best rental experience ever!

Our vacation was very good. Despite the weather and having double red flags, it was great having a beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. The house was very clean.But, the beds were not comfortable for any of us. Sleeping was a challenge. The bunk beds were shaky and old. The dryer did not work properly. Sheers do not qualify as "drapes", and gave us no privacy in a bedroom. After talking to the Management co, I decided to give up on that issue.
