We offer for your 2025 holidays, an authentic fisherman's house, PERLE BLEUE, in the Bosse sector (near the mill) between the village of l'Epine (all shops) and the port of Morin.

This comfortable furnished tourist accommodation, 50 m² for 4 people in a quiet area with a fully equipped kitchen (Oven MO, Oven, large fridge, and many small appliances)
1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed,
A bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
You will find Dishwasher, Washing machine, 82 cm HD TV, player + 30 DVD, children's games, Free baby kit on request
A private courtyard for 1 car in front, a well-exposed, enclosed rear garden, of about 200 m², flowered, with garden furniture, sunbeds, bbq, etc...

The villages of La Guérinière, l'Herbaudière, le Viel, Barbâtre, are easily accessible via cycle paths.
You can discover the passage du Gois, the wood of La Chaize, and the beach of the ladies and the Luzéronde.
