L'appartement est très bien équipé, décoré avec goût et très confortable.
Le propriétaire est très courtois et soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes.
La cour extérieure est vaste, sans vis à vis et très agréable.
On peut juste regretter d'être directement sur la rue très passante qui mène au port de l'Herbaudiere. (cuisine one et chambre)
