Villa Serena is a brand-new, exclusive villa built in 2025, located in a stunning seafront position in Privlaka – just 10 meters from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. Spacious and stylishly furnished, this villa is the perfect choice for a family holiday, a relaxing getaway with friends, or a romantic escape. It offers complete privacy, exceptional comfort, and breathtaking sea views from nearly every room.
The villa covers 544 m² of living space and includes a beautifully landscaped garden of 169 m². It features four elegant bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. All bedrooms offer sea views, while the two bedrooms on the third floor also include walk-in closets and private terraces. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a game room, while the first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with an extra sofa bed, and a lovely terrace ideal for al fresco dining and watching the sunset.
Every room, including the living area, is equipped with underfloor heating, making Villa Serena a cozy retreat year-round. Guests can enjoy a private pool (26 m²), an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue. Three private parking spaces are available on-site.
Villa Serena is set in a peaceful area of Privlaka, perfect for seaside walks, cycling, or simply soaking in the scent of the sea and pine trees. The area offers many sandy and pebbly beaches, and nature lovers can explore nearby national parks such as Paklenica, Krka, and Kornati. Pets are welcome upon request – small dogs for €20 per day, large dogs for €35 per day. Groups of younger guests are possible upon prior request only.
