Great hosts and great communication via chat on any thing that you need. The house is equipped with literally everything :) We were surprised to find a kitchen robot, a compressor for pumping SUPs, accessories for lighting up the grill, board games, spare paddles for SUPs, a cart on wheels to take stuff to the beach, 2 bbqs, and many many more. On top the house has a balcony that has shade in the morning (great coffee time) and an outside eating space in which there is delicate wind all day long so you can literally spend the whole day there. The beach is few minutes walk, there are great restaurants 15 minutes walk away, big shops 10 minutes away by car, a fish market and bakery nearby. We were there as 2 families and we had amazing comfort with 3 children and 3 adults (3 bathrooms, place for breakfast inside and outside).

The house is luxoriously equipped with everything one might need for a confortable stay. We booked the whole house for 2 families and shared the facilities, gathering together in the huge living room or outside in the terrace. The bed rooms were big and the beds confortable, the kitchen was better equipped than ordinary people have it at home. The view from the balconies and the terrace is breathtaking, looking down to the Adriatic see. The beach is 200m from the house and not overrun. Privlaka is a nice and quiet little town, devoid of mass tourism.

House is very nice, perfect ly equipped and spacious. Pool with the bedchairs is great. There is nothing to complain about the house.

The nearby beaches accessible by foot are not very good. One is quite nice, but there is no bar, restaurant or toilets. The second one, where there is a beach bar, is not very nice. We finally went by car around nearby beaches (Nin, Vir, Vrsi...)

We had a very pleasant stay at this place (family of 9 people). The house is modern, clean and fully equiped - we found everything what was needed. The swimming pool area with sunbeds is great. We also had some barbecue's evenings in the garden, the grill and accesories available. What has to be mentioned is the view which gives you beautiful sunsets each evening. Small grocery located 200m away. I truly recommend this place for a bigger group.

Everything was great but just one small thing - it's good to have a car here. We were trying to get to Nin with few taxi companies and uber, with no success.
