Hiking, swimming, sailing, and relaxation await you in Capcir! There is a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a wine cellar for storing two bottles of wine. The duplex chalet has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with a different theme, including a junior suite with five single beds (90cm) with a bathroom, shower, and bathtub. No fewer than four toilets. Electric shutters on all windows. High chair, baby bathtub, and changing mat provided. The terrace is furnished with a gas and charcoal barbecue, standing tables for aperitifs or tapas, and two cozy reading nooks. The living room is majestic with a fireplace and a bay window reading corner. The major advantage for families is the location in a cul-de-sac with a fantastic playground and a free tennis court. The house sits on a 1300 m² plot. Parking is easy and free. There is a barbecue and a picnic table available. A laundry room and a ski storage room are accessible on the first floor. Shared spaces with first floor tenants. PGJyPg ---> Car charging is available with payment for the kWh used. PGJyPg ---> A home office is available for reservation at €15 per day, equipped with a coffee maker and refrigerator. PGJyPg ---> A separate 41 m² apartment with a bedroom is available for rent. It can be rented concurrently. PGJyPg ---> A green water network is in operation, and heating is provided by geothermal energy.
