About this chalet rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming chalet for rent in Bolquère, in the heart of an authentic mountain village linked to the Font-Romeu ski area. It has a floor area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
– A storage room for ski equipment.
First floor:
– A living area with a sofa, a TV, a stone fireplace, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV, a walk-in wardrobe and a shower room.
– A separate toilet.
On the second floor:
– Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200)
– Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90×200)
– Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.
Ground floor of the 55 m² garden-level annexe, comprising:
– A living area with a TV, sofa and an open-plan fitted kitchen.
– Bedroom 5: with a queen-size bed (160×200), an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet.
– Bedroom 6: with a bunk bed (sleeps two), an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle and tumble dryer.
Outdoors:
– A lovely enclosed garden of 400 m² at the rear of the chalet, with garden furniture and a swing to enjoy the sunny days.
– A 20 m² main wooden terrace, facing south-west.

The chalet is ideally situated in Bolquère, in a pleasant and peaceful setting. Within easy walking distance, you’ll find a grocery and butcher’s shop in the village, as well as a bread shop, for your day-to-day needs.

Transport:
A car is essential to make the most of the surrounding area. You can park directly on the property, with a private car park that can accommodate 2 vehicles, as well as an outdoor car park adjacent to the chalet that can accommodate up to 3 standard-sized vehicles.
– Free shuttle bus from outside the chalet in winter to take you to the ski slopes.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
