The home three distinct living spaces. 1) The main home, which is features two bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus a full kitchen and living and dining spaces. 2) The in-law suite which is a separate attached unit on the main home. This space has a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and living area and is accessed off of the pool deck area. 3) The carriage house which has the fourth bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette, living/dining spaces and a finished bonus room in the basement. This setup offers flexible living options for extended family or guests while the thoughtfully designed in-law suite is perfect for accommodating visitors while maintaining privacy. Step into the sun-drenched exterior, where a heated in-ground pool awaits, surrounded by a spacious patio ideal for lounging or hosting summer gatherings.

The Main house has window unit AC, the in-law suite has ductless wall mounted AC, and the carriage house has central AC. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. 7 night minimum rentals, Sat. to Sat. only during the peak season. 4 night minimum rentals during the shoulder season, check in and out any day. Pool is open and heated 5/16/26 to 9/26/26. No pets, please. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150 - 250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.
