The attached in-law suite functions as a separate living space within the main home. This area includes 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. It has its own entrance at the front of the home, along with a private back deck that also provides direct access to the pool area.
The carriage house adds even more flexibility, with 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, living and dining space, and a finished lower-level game room.

There is a pullout queen sofa bed in the carriage house living room, and a twin pull out sofa bed in the in-law suite, allowing the property to accommodate up to 10 guests total.
Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Seven-night minimum rentals, Saturday to Saturday only, are required during peak season. Four-night minimum rentals are available during the shoulder season, with check-in and check-out permitted any day. The pool is open and heated from 5/16/26 to 9/26/26. No pets, please. All linens and towels are provided.
All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150 to $250 fee, which includes an administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss any additional security protection that may be required for this property.
