For those seeking leisure and comfort, Casa Azul is the solution, featuring a front garden with cool breezes even on very sunny days, making it a great place to spend the afternoon. The living room is cool and the bedrooms are well-ventilated, while the most popular part is our outdoor area with sun shining on the pool all morning and afternoon, allowing more time to enjoy it. Good location, close to kiosks 10 and 11, considered hotspots in Iguaba Grande. The space: The house is well-ventilated and furnished. The main house has a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi and good ventilation. The outdoor area has a barbecue, shower, swimming pool and parking for 3 cars. Back house with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 annex. We have: refrigerator, television, stove, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, plates and glasses. We do not provide bed linens (blankets and pillows) or towels. Other observations Check in/out STANDARD: * Arrival: 2pm / * Departure: 2pm We can be flexible depending on the situation. We will arrange schedules individually with each guest; please consult us about this. - Be mindful of energy consumption, avoiding waste. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. - Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet. - Pets (to be arranged). - Events are not allowed. - Respect the quiet hours, avoiding noise after 10 PM. - Waste must be removed daily and left in front of the house.
