* A complete kitchen, prepared for those who love to cook: stove, refrigerator, electric oven, and various pots and pans. * Parties and Visitors: Parties or events are not permitted. Access is restricted to guests confirmed in the reservation.
* Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
* Illegal Substances: The use of illegal drugs on the property is expressly prohibited.
Pets: Due to condominium rules, pets are not allowed to roam freely in the streets or on the private beach.

Nossa viagem foi incrível! A casa e muito confortável. Local excelente. Muito bem localizada a poucos passos da praia. O condomínio é muito familiar e já fizemos até amigos. Susana é muito atenciosa.
