Exe Valley Farmhouse is a charming detached holiday home resting on the outskirts of Bampton, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom and two double rooms, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a separate sitting room with woodburning stove and games room. Outside there is off-road parking and a garden with hot tub and furniture. BBQ and Fire Pit available. Baby friendly. There is a good housekeeping bond in place of 250 GBP. The towns of Dulverton and Tiverton are close by and offer plenty of amenities, plus there are many country pursuits on offer in this rural area, including fishing on the two reservoirs at Wimbleball and Clatworthy, Exmoor safaris through dramatic windswept moors, walking the Exe Valley Way, horseriding across the moor and cycling along the Lowman Way. Further afield is the beautiful North Devon coastline with stunning walks, small coves, sandy beaches and views across to Wales.
