About this apartment rental
This tastefully decorated, ocean front, ground floor flat is fully furnished for your vacation stay with us. The living room is spacious and offers lots of seating and has a smart TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large table that seats six with additional bar seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and a television. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has 2 twins. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need while on vacation and there is a full-size washer and dryer. The on-site amenity package includes an ocean front swimming pool, a tropical lagoon pool that is heated during the winter months and a large gazebo on the beach boardwalk that is ideal for picnics and meetings with friends. Ocean Villas also offers free wireless internet throughout the entire complex for you enjoyment. Just bring beach towels, a hair dryer and a fun in the sun attitude.

Ocean Villas is the go to community for our family vacations over the past 40 plus years. This trip #62 was the meeting place for our family meals. The kitchen had an open feel and we found all the necessary cookware and utensils. There was a covered atrium for kids to play without being underfoot. The patio had ample seating for our group to sit and spend time together. This condo is well loved and cheerful. A highlight, 62 is only steps from the walkway to the beach and the pool. We recommend it.

This unit is in a great location. The kitchen has been updated, nice and open. The main issue we had was with the cleanliness of the unit. Sheets and towels were stained, hair in washer and very dirty, hair in sheets, coffee maker had leftover coffee grounds. Floors were ok. Furniture looking worn and could use some updating.
