This lovely, ocean-side, ground floor condo has been beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated and furnished! The tones throughout the unit are muted, sea colors for an over-all relaxing feeling. The kitchen boasts new, stainless steel appliances, and glass tile-work below the new counters and cabinets. There are three bedrooms: the master has a King, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and the 3rd bedroom has two Twins—each with their own TV. The inviting master bath has a walk-in shower. The laundry room has a full washer and dryer. As an end unit, it has additional windows which let in more natural light further enhancing that relaxed feeling. Pack your beach towels and hair dryer, and come enjoy this beachy retreat.

Ocean Villas is the go to community for our family vacations over the past 40 plus years. 7 is definitely one of the most outstanding condos. This condo is well maintained and the amenities are lovely. We highly recommend it.

Upon a recommendation from a friend we rented villa 007. It’s a first floor condo which I need because of my medical condition, I can’t walk without the use of a cane. The condo was a perfect fit for us. We hope to be back next year. Charlie and Kathy
