Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 39 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Lumio, less than 100 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 34 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a dressing room and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- A 34 m² living room with dining area, and sleeping area with a single bed; and a second sleeping area, separated by a curtain, with a double bed (140×190)
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A dressing room
Exterior :
- A 25m² north-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities:
- Discover Scandola and Girolata by boat from the port of Sant'Ambroggio.
- Diving and snorkeling: explore the seabed with a local diving school.
- Hiking at Punta di Spanu, walk between sea and rocks on a protected nature trail.
- Relax on the fine sand and calm waters of Sant'Ambroggio beach.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available in the parking lots at the foot of the building (no reserved spaces).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Sant'Ambroggio station, 15 minutes' walk from the apartment.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte-Catherine airport, 20 min by car
