It is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a television, a fully equipped kitchen, crockery, fridge, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker, small dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and hair dryer

Studio of 30 m2 with an entrance and a closet, sliding doors
Equipped with a clothes and shelves rod

A main room
a bathroom
with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and heating
SLEEPS 4 PEOPLE
a 140 bed and a 130 sofa bed

The main room has a 3 m bay window which allows it to be fully opened for access to the covered terrace of 15 m2 not overlooked
The terrace is equipped with a roller shutter that allows most of it to be closed and thus offer if necessary the possibility of an additional bed on an inflatable mattress (not provided)

Downstairs from the studio along the road there is the possibility to park your vehicles
