The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering for rent, in the town of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming, newly refurbished (in 2024) flat with sea views, less than 50 metres from the beach, with a floor area of 35 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Located on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area…
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a pull-out bed, i.e. 2 single beds.
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
Outside:
- A 2 m² balcony with sea views to enjoy on sunny days
