This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2025, is perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. It's located in a well-maintained, upscale residence just steps from the beach! You'll be delighted by its brightness thanks to its orientation and its spacious terrace with sea views and a barbecue grill.
It comprises: an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a sofa bed for two and a TV.
A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave.
A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm).
A shower room with toilet.
Ideal for a pleasant family holiday by the sea!
The living room table is movable and can be set up as a low or high table.
The coffee machine is a Nespresso pod machine.
Please note that linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and dish towels) are not provided.
Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of your stay. A final cleaning service is available for €60 (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).
A bed linen and towel rental service is available upon request (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Please note that the elevator stops halfway up the stairs. There are a few steps to climb on the ground floor and at the elevator exit.
