If you are looking for proximity to the beach on a budget - our Retro Beach Break is a top pick! Just 3 minutes walk to Torquay's Whites Beach, the home is older in style with original features, but ticks lots of boxes. With heating, cooling, 2 x smart TV's, internet access & 2 living spaces - there's a lot to love about this home! Most of all you will LOVE the gorgeous sunny al fresco area, it's large, under cover & protected from the wind, relax and listen to the blissful waves crashing!
A single story brick home, located one street back from The Esplanade, and a few minutes walk to the beach and the brilliant kids flying fox playground.
The home comprises of:
2 x queen rooms
1 x room with 2 x single beds
2 x bathrooms
2 x living spaces both with smart TV's
1 x large backyard
1 x large undercover al fresco with BBQ and lounge area
1 x laundry with washer and dryer
Please note there is no dishwasher at this property.
There's plenty of space for 4 cars to be parked on the driveway - the garage is locked & not available for guests.
A gate at the front of the property makes this home safe for younger children to play in the garden.
All linen and towels are provided for guests.
Guests have access to the whole property - apart from the locked garage & two locked cupboards for owners use.
A quiet residential street in the heart of old Torquay. This home is not suited to guests who wish to play loud music or party, the neighbourhood is quiet with young families on the street.
