Upstairs - spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, Bedroom 1 with king bed and full ensuite, Bedroom 2 with double bed and small full ensuite, large balcony at the front with outdoor seating for 6 and BBQ, small balcony at rear.
