About this house rental
Our house is located in Historic Dogtown, a family friendly neighborhood. We are within walking distance to the Zoo and Dogtown restaurants. The house is also close to the Forest Park, BJC Hospitals, and Washington University. It is a short driving distance to Saint Louis University, St. Louis downtown, Busch Stadium, The Fabulous Fox Theater, Scottrade Center and Missouri Botanical Garden. Direct, easy access to I-64 and I-44. Come experience St. Louis from the beautiful Historic Irish Dogtown!
The space
Our house has two bedrooms, each with one queen bed, a living room, dining room, full bathroom, and kitchen with bar seating. There is also a deck, patio and partially fenced backyard. Full size washer and Dryer is located in the basement with complimentary laundry detergent. There is one car garage with a shared driveway as well as plenty of space to park on the street.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home, deck, patio and backyard.

Other things to note
In addition to Netflix, guests have access to 46 live TV channels through Sling TV. Both are offered at no charge to the guests.
For children, pack n play and high chair are available.
There are steps going to both the front and back doors, so please be aware that the house is not ADA accessible.
We do have a back deck, patio and fenced in backyard that is full access for guests.
A washer and dryer is available for guests to use throughout their stay. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are supplied. Its located in the basement,
A dishwasher with detergent tabs is included in the kitchen of the home.
Toiletries, towels and a hair blow dryer in the bathroom.

We have another duplex building in Soulard that is walking distance to Anheuser Busch brewery as well as close to Busch Stadium, Soulard Farmers market, Ballpark Village, Arch and other attractions. There is also back deck and patio along with patio furniture. Both units can easily accommodate 10 people and is perfect for friends and family traveling together, but still wanting privacy. The host was responsive and gave very clear instructions regarding checking in and using the house. The host is comfortable and there are items to use the kitchen as well as basic items in the bathroom which I always appreciate. The location was great for our needs and I did appreciate being able to park off the street.

What a wonderful house! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There was an informative binder that gave us all the info we needed about the house, which was much appreciated. The location was close to family. We spent most of the days out being tourists and visiting, so it was nice to come back in the evening to relax and unwind. Thank you for the great stay!

Great location, very close to park and the museums. The house is nicely decorated and well stocked. We didn't need much from our hosts but theu responded right away when we did have a question.

Lovely remodeled home. Arrived late at night. Check in process was very simple. Neighborhood was safe and quiet and the property is within walking distance of some attractions and restaurants. House was very clean and tastefully decorated. kitchen had new appliances, including microwave and both regular and Keurig coffee makers with ample coffee for both. Queen size beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. Bathroom well stocked with linens. modern laundry appliances, including soap, and fabric softener present.Morning coffee on the back porch patio was especially nice. Owners very pleasant and promptly respond to any questions or problems. Will definitely stay here again on next visit to St. Louis.
