The comfortable living area with two sleeper sofas are located upstairs where you'll find the large ocean front balcony. The kitchen area provides seating for 6 to enjoy meals in. You won't want to miss the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets from the balcony. The primary full bath is located directly outside the bedroom door. Both full baths are equipped with tub and shower. The Century I condominium building conveniently located close to grocery retail, department stores, dine-in and carry-out restaurants, the public library, and several places of worship. Everything you would need is within walking distance for your Ocean City Maryland beach vacation. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for one parking spot at the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a first come first serve basis through the Century 1 building directly at $10 per day or $50 per week.
