Jump into your car and make short work of the 17-minute drive to Château Font du Broc or the 33-minute drive to Gaillarde Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

The beautiful house and grounds at Roquebrune were even more impressive than we imagined. The surrounding views , and the rock reflected the sun throughout the day and was beautiful to look at . We enjoyed the pool and played many games of boule . The house was a tasteful blend between the original building and new and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very well looked after by Claude .

In July 2025 we (4 adults and 4 children aged 7 to 16) spent a family holiday at Villa Rocks 3120. The place is wonderful. The villa is beautifully located, in a quiet and green area, surrounded by nature. The house has been recently extended and tastefully renovated. It is very cozy, comfortable and well-equipped. We felt at home here. Both the garden and the swimming pool are large and the view is spectacular. Although the photos of the villa and its surroundings posted on the website are very attractive and beautiful, to be honest we found that in reality it is even more beautiful than we expected. From the property, you can walk to a nearby medieval town Roquebrune-sur-Argens or go on a trip to the forest and mountains. It takes only about half an hour by car to reach the beautiful towns and beaches of the Côte d'Azur. We also went on a day trip to Nice and Antibes – these places are also not far away and can be quickly reached by car in about one hour. We spent an amazing time at the Villa Rocks and took an excellent rest here. Denis, Stephanie and Claude were very responsive and stayed in touch, willing to help and provide any information we needed. Thank you for that!I hope we will come back here some day in the future.
