-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

The property was very pet friendly with a huge backyard for our dogs to run and play. The house was clean and in nice neighborhood. Neighbors were super nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The property location was great, able to walk to many spots of interest, shops, pubs, groceries, and coffee. Unfortunately we had rain most everyday, however were able to make the most of it anyways. We were in town to watch our nephaew play hockey in the Ice Breaker tournament at ASU.
