Our stay was nice, quiet, and comfortable. The host did not disclose that there are multiple cameras in the front and back yard.The "laundry room" is a wall in the garage, which is also a storage space for the hosts, so you won't be able to park any cars in there. We fit two comfortably in the driveway. We used the outdoor space to host a small BBQ. My father noticed that the grill is not very well maintained and needed to clean it and the grease traps before he could cook.The house is definitely old, which is fine, but it means the door frames are narrow and don't fit a wheelchair. The counter in the kitchen makes the entrance narrow enough that the wheelchair also doesn't fit there.The two living rooms are connected. The one with the projector is the front room, and the second is connected to the kitchen. They are separated by an open doorway.The kitchen was clean, well-stocked, and wonderful. Thank you!

Lena made the stay at this location an easy stress free for all my family. Her hospitality was wonderful and will keep this location favorited for future stays. Definitely worth it for all ages.

What a cute and sweet house! We rented the house with our adult children for the weekend to enjoy a music festival in Tempe. This house was in close proximity to the venue and their reviews looked great so we booked it. It did not disappoint! The hosts were thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. The house was adorable, comfortable, cozy. organized, very clean and stocked just enough to make our stay comfortable and convenient. There were small touches that were appreciated such as clear instruction notes around the house and labeled cupboards, We really enjoyed the outside space and so did our dogs. The home was very kid and dog friendly. We also took several walks around the neighborhood, which was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area! Perfect home for families with kids and pets! Plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and get comfy. The backyard is a great place to play, relax, hangout, and grill out. The kitchen had everything we needed ti cook family meals. Lena was quick to answer any questions
