About this villa rental
Modern style house with one floor recently renovated, with good indoor and outdoor areas located in a quiet area.
Modern furniture, with design but at the same time practical and comfortable. New fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven and ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and hand blender.
Modern, spacious and very comfortable rooms, all with private bathrooms and independent sound systems in the rooms and bathrooms. It has a hair dryer with thermo protect ionic system in all bathrooms. In any of the rooms we can change the configuration from a double bed to two single beds. We have cots for babies. Children are welcome.
There is a bus stop next to the door, served by n. 24 and 83. We have space for 3 cars in the yard and one more in the covered garage. It is possible to charge an electric or hybrid car in the garage free of charge!
The city center is 5 minutes by car and 30 minutes on foot. The historic center and the Main Market is 40 minutes and walk.
There are many restaurants, bars and pastry shops nearby, the nearest ones being less than a km away. The Casino is less than 2 km away.

The Villa was very nice and the host was easy to contact. While we stayed we could easily reach the any parts of Funchal. Everything was clean and the villa looks just like the pictures. We were really pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely villa with all the mod cons. Easy walking distance of local restaurants and shops, Funchal central and old town a little further away and requires taxi or bus for the less able.
Traffic noise can be an issue during the night, particularly if you have your windows open, I have suggested room fans to James.
Overall we've all had a great holiday and would recommend the villa and Madeira.
The local people are welcoming and the island has dramatic scenery plus beautiful flora.

We had a reservation in Funchal that was cancelled when we arrived. We were stranded. James was able to ready this home in less than 6 hours for us. Amazing. That is not easy to do for a family of 6 adults and 1 child. It is a clean, modern, beautiful home just off the main drag of Funchal. There are many restaurants near by along with grocery stores. I cannot say enough good things about this home. You will love it!
